Cancellation Policy

Topperssky cares for its hard-working students and wishes that their every penny is well taken care of. We hold true to our service but at times there might be a cancellation required for your purchased video which might not suit you. In case of cancellation, please read the following terms carefully:

1. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:  A subscription can be canceled anytime. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Till the end of your subscription period, you can have access to your videos. For the remaining days of the billing time, no refunds will be issued.

Trial Period: If you are doing a free trial, a subscription must be canceled before the trial period ends in order to avoid being charged. If the trial ends and the subscription is billed, refunds will not be provided.

2. Individual Video Purchases

Every video purchase you make is final and non-refundable. We suggest our students review the content and previews before purchasing.

3. Refund Policy

Technical issues: If there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the purchased video, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the matter and if it cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided or access to equivalent content will be made.

Unauthorized Charges: If you notice any unauthorized or fraudulent charges, contact us immediately. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Exceptions

Unless there is a clear error in the description of the video or a significant technical issue, no refunds will be provided.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Topperssky reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
